House checks

This service includes an interior and exterior visual inspection. We will bring in any mail and trash cans left outside. Assure the heat is maintained at an acceptable level. During the inspection we make sure the house has not been damaged by weather or vandalism. Finally we make sure the house is secure after inspection. This service can be provided as often as weekly and as infrequently as upon request i.e. after a storm. The service cost is $35.00 per property check. If you would like us to perform this service please fill out the winter property check agreement.

Fire Inspections

Our list of services to help you pass your inspection are below.

1. We can purchase, tag, and install your fire extinguishers. We can also purchase, install, and/or change and date batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
2. Move your gas grill from under your awning or at least five feet away from your exterior wall. Remove any propane cylinders from home.
3. Post your street address on your home or unit to code of the three inch numbering/lettering and in contrast color required.
4. Remove items under water heaters, heaters, and furnaces to allow room for the three inch clearance.
5. Purchase and installation of knox box for any properties that have alarm systems. (Lag bolt into wood.)

Floor Care

Strip floor, machine scrub, clean, and apply a high solids finish. Regular maintenance plans also available. Cost available by site visit only.

Set up and break down of furniture

Before the season starts let us set up your patio furniture for you. When your season is over we will bring it inside for winter storage. Outside furniture may also be cleaned before, during or after the season.

Water Extraction

Emergency water extraction, air movers, dehumidifiers and microbial treatment available.
