A spring cleaning is a thorough house cleaning

This service includes:

Bathrooms: clean and deodorize toilet (clean inside and out of toilet and around the base), clean sinks, clean showers and/or tubs (remove any residue sand), and clean mirrors.

Kitchen: Clean all and any appliances on, stove top, Clean inside refrigerator, and clean sink.

Dust flat surfaces for example (tables, night stands, and dressers.)

Clean all lighting fixtures and ceiling fans.

Vacuum blinds and window treatments.

Vacuum all sofas and chairs.

Clean behind and under all movable furniture.

Vacuum all baseboards and woodwork, damp wipe if necessary.

Sweep and hand clean all non-carpeted floors.

Vacuum all carpeted areas including steps.

End of Season Cleaning Includes:

1. Cleaning ceiling fans
2. Thorough cleaning in bathrooms & kitchen
3. Scrub bathroom & kitchen floors
4. General Dusting
5. Check under all beds for debris
6. Vacuum under sofa cushions
7. Vacuum Carpets

*Note if cleaning carpets all furniture will be moved.

Tenant Responsibility

Remove all trash and food from house, including towels, clothing, and food in the refrigerator.

House Checks Include:

An interior and exterior visual inspection. We will bring in any mail and trash cans left outside. Check the heat is maintained at an acceptable level. During the inspection we make sure the house has not been damaged by weather or vandalism. And finally we make sure the house is secure after inspection. This service can be provided as often as weekly and as infrequently as upon request i.e. after a storm. The service cost is $35.00 per property check.
